Unable to login to Zabbix after following password change procedure.

      The previous admin has left, and I am attempting to login to zabbix without the password available. I have reset the ubuntu password and was able to login to root. 

       

      Zabbix version is 6.4 with postgres. I have logged in and reset the password and failed login count. After confirming the password is set correctly, I am still unable to login with Admin\zabbix.
