      1. tag normalization and enrichment based on conditions (tags, event name, event severity, host/host group)
         1. add tag (add new tag if it is missing) 
         2. set tag value 
         3. set tag (update existing tag value or add new tag) 
         4. remove existing tag 
         5. rename tag (name) 
      2. suppress event 
      3. set event severity 
      4. close events 
2. As a user I want to see problem updates (action list) which was caused by event preprocessing
