Maximo is used by Facilities management systems to manage building/facilities infrastructure, sort of like Service-now for Facilities Engineering management. We and other customers may be monitoring stand-by and emergency power systems at properties and would like to automate generating of Facilities Engineering work orders to investigate and remediate problems (e.g. alarms) in these critical power management systems.
