Custom (branded) background image for login page

      Hello! Will be nice to have ability to use custom background image for login page.

      ATM if I add custom image in CSS for body element, then it applies for all pages.

      Seems to implement it needs simply add div to login page with class like 'login-bg' and ability to change it from brand.conf.php
