Please extend current code to support MariaDB replication from multiple masters.

SQL query for MariaDB should be "SHOW ALL SLAVES STATUS".

It can be a new plugin parameter, which should set proper SQL query for replication discovery and status handlers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add replication from multiple masters to one slave

Result:
Only default master connection will be monitored.
Expected:
All master connections should be monitored.
