Polling SNMP devices and obtaining oid values can be presented on dashboard with ITEM widgets. However, there is a need to read/capture oid tables. This seems no supported and currently you would need to interrogate every oid+index to read the content of table and each value needs to be presented as a separate ITEM widget on dashboard.

I recently found that a table can indeed be queried from snmp using itemprototype. This seems to work great after some testing, but there seems no way to display such info in a dashboard widget. The only support I saw is for graph prototype. Could such support be provided to make such itemprototype available as widget for dashboard?

Also, could there be consideration for a dashboard widget to support several ITEMs? i.e. have a dashboard widget that could contain several configured ITEMs? this vs having to create many item widget next to one another.
