The existing protection from overloading mechanism is not enough to prevent few (maybe 1) proxy to impact the whole Zabbix environment.

For example, in a scenario, with 1 proxy group with 2 proxies. After a long time period, where the proxy is not connected to the server, there had been a high load on items flowing to server and item processing from other proxies were impacted.  

We are aware that this is a designed behavior to avoid Zabbix server from Crashing due to History Write Cache overloading, but maybe there could be a better way to improve this kind of behavior. Proxy Overload.
