Color picker palette is not shown In this environment :

FYI. Edge browser is work. (Windows 10)

Can be considered a cause JScript engine.
IE doesn't understand this javascript code:

frontends/php/js/main.js : 575 (Zabbix 3.0.5)
 color_picker.style.display = null;

It keeps the current value which is 'none';
