Color picker does not work on IE

      or
      Configuration -> Hosts -> Graphs -> Items Colour

      Color picker palette is not shown In this environment :

      • Internet Explorer 11 (Win 7, Win 10, Win Server 2008 R2)

      FYI. Edge browser is work. (Windows 10)
