 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. set maintenance with data collection as a normal one-time maintenance period.
  2. User profile -> Messaging -> "Show suppressed problems" is not marked
  3. ensure the host is in maintenance status
  4. trigger a problem and recover it during maintenance period

Result:
no problem popup,
however "RESOLVED" popup is shown

Expected:
no problem popup and "RESOLVED" popup
