Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create host
  2. Put it in N groups
  3. Wait for problem
  4. Look at default "Problems by severity" widget

Result:
Problem appeared N times

Expected:
Problem appeared exactly one time

Steps to reproduce user problem:

  • create host "a" in group "a"
  • create item "a" and trigger "a"
  • create one problem for trigger "a"
  • configure widget "Problems by severity" to display Host "a"
  • observe - problem menu is ok
  • edit host "a" and add it to new group "b"
  • observe - problem menu in is "Problems by severity" widget contains duplicate
