Link: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/current/manual/it_services Problem: Documentation don't explain how SLA is calculated if we define overlapping periods. Define downtime: Monday 07:00 - Monday 10:00 Define uptime: Monday 07:00 - Monday 18:00 Time 07:00 - 10:00 is in SLA calculation or not? What take precedence downtime or uptime? Expected: Documentation should explain how SLA is calculated if we define overlapping periods, what take precedence downtime or uptime.

Thank you for the suggestion, it has been a valid point at the time of reporting. Looks like, with the new SLA functionality, introduced in Zabbix 6.0, this issue has been resolved. Now the parameter is called "Excluded downtimes" to avoid any confusion. Therefore, I am closing this task as the functionality itself has been updated. |
