Thank you for reporting the issue. I cannot reproduce the issue. While assigning parent or child template to host, at a host level, it always allows installing an exception per "Update interval" or "History storage period" and the exception is truly saved. Did not test with full TimescaleDB setup though as it's mentioned Would you mind playing the same scenario on a stock 5.4.3 appliance? I have a feeling the DB consistency is not good. |

Hello Aigars Kakidis, we have these 5.4.3 instances:
I tried it now on both instances and described behaviour is present on both. But I am sorry, it is not HTTP agent, but Script item with chained HTTP requests in the code. This issue is not super-critical, I just wanted to let you know, but if you mind, we can do e.g. Skype session and I can show it. (I could also screenshot or template export, but there is some potentially sensitive information for this public Jira.)

In fact, it is the same item as having another issue here: https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-19802, maybe it is somehow related. |
