 Description   

The following issues are currently present with changing macro type:
1 - When the list of Inherited and host macros is opened from host/template configuration form and the user clicks on the "Change" button next to some inherited macro, the input element for the Macro value becomes enabled, but the button for changing macro type is still disabled:

2 - If the user attempts to change the type of an existing Secret text macro to plain text for example, and then clicks on the "Revert changes" arrow not to lose the secret macro content, then the icon of the macro type is set incorrectly - the icon corresponds to a Vault macro not to a Secret macro:
