You should try to check the community name in his device and in the Host Macro. Make sure that they are the same. And after that, also try to run snmpwalk in CLI (Zabbix Server/Proxy) and check the response, and answer back with the returned information. You can also check with snmpget in CLI (Zabbix Server/Proxy) with time prefix and check the response. |
