Dear Support, i integrate zabbix with Jira using Jira webhook and all thing is ok but i noticed that when i create a case the id of incident on Jira side is +2 please find below the screenshot a reference

For exemple : the case id created via Jira webhook is GU-53434 but in Jira side no case 53434, we have GU-53435
|
