• exact Proxy version you are using: zabbix_proxy -V
• exact MariaDB version from 'apt info mariadb-server'
• platform and packages used: 'uname -m && apt-cache policy'

Zabbix_Proxy version is 6.4.1 

MariaDB: 10.11.3-1

While trying to test this zabbix-proxy was not being recognized as installed. So I decided to re-install it, since I am doing that I also wanted to report that everytime I try and install it I have to do 2 things.

1. Manually download the SQL template because "sudo apt install zabbix-sql-scripts" says "Unable to locate package zabbix-sql-scripts"

2. Manually reset root password for MariaDB I have tried entering "zabbix", no password, and "password" but everytime it says incorrect password.

When i do apt search zabbix this is what I get.
