Description

Steps to reproduce:

Open item mass update form.
Hover mouse cursor over any mass update option name.
Observed: a browser native popup appeared.
Select the "Preprocessing" tab.
Hover mouse cursor over "Preprocessing steps".
Observed: a browser native popup appeared with text "["Preprocessing steps",{"items":[""]}]".

Expected:
Mass update option names should not have title attributes.
