Steps to reproduce:

1. Open item mass update form.
2. Hover mouse cursor over any mass update option name.
3. Observed: a browser native popup appeared.
4. Select the "Preprocessing" tab.
5. Hover mouse cursor over "Preprocessing steps".
6. Observed: a browser native popup appeared with text "["Preprocessing steps",{"items":[""]}]".

Expected:
Mass update option names should not have title attributes.
