(4) [F] Related issue: if user have no access to host, but he/she can access configuration -> templates section, then the column 'Linked to' may contain also uneditable hosts with links to host edit form.

(5) Fix coding style:

About comments: sentences must start and end with a dot. Some of those sentences don't make much sense. For example "Select hosts used and test permissions". What that block does, is actually gathers writable template *ID*s. Nothing is being tested there. & is not a word. Two different words with same meaning in same sentence look weird;
Fix wrong indentations and caselCase usages;
array_keys(array_flip($hostids)); is 50x faster than array_unique($hostids);;
$data should be used instead of $this->data;
Lines overflow;
