 Description

Sometimes it's not as clear for expensive queries if the graph has already been refreshed or data collection is still in progress.
What about having some kind of visual feedback (spinner, shading the graph, etc.) that gets active after a reasonable time?

note that failure to load an element will darken it and show a spinner on it since 2.0.4 (but ZBXNEXT-1566 is about a less obtrusive indicator while still reloading an element)
