Should be described in Upgrade notes for 3.0.0 what this may affect the existing installations, since was changed to the default value for MaxHousekeeperDelete.

I wonder whether reducing these might be reasonable too. The high default value leads often to confusion to new users that are not aware of it:

• [P] ConfigFrequency=3600
• [S] ProxyConfigFrequency=3600

regarding proxy config frequencies, they are suggested to be larger for performance reasons - i'm leaning towards keeping them as-is for now.
if the config syncing could be made much more efficient in case of no changes, these should be indeed reduced.

(3) Also it would be nice to put default timeout on zabbix server bigger, than on zabbix agent. See ZBX-8620.
