Zabbix agent active checks hangs if the server time is not correct.

      Zabbix agent does not send data (active checks) in case of the incorrect server time. How to reproduce:
      1. start Zabbix agent
      2. configure active checks
      3. change server local time (e.g. +3 hours)
      4. wait for a moment
      5. set correct time back
