Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Configuration -> Actions (Triggers) -> Create action
2. Add new operation
3. Operation type -> Remote command
4. Add new target -> Host
5. Press "Select" button to open pop-up

Result: pop-up size is too small, not visible group dropdown on the right if not used horizontal scroll
