• Wait for the 4 emails to be sent.

Each problem has a single successful action.

• Now recover the problems (single recovery event).
• Wait for the 4 recovery emails to be sent.

Expected: each resolved problem has 2 successful actions ("Problems" view).

Actual: each resolved problem has 5 successful actions. One action for problem and 4 actions for recovery.
