The proxy history cache free space is declining while the number of items stored in cache is low. After a while the history cache runs out of space. Either there are problems in shared memory allocator (not likely), or the history cache shared memory is not properly released in some cases.

Server doesn't seem to be affected, but that's probably because the issue is related to the data polling (for example value type conversions).
