      Zabbix server on Centos7 using external alert script

      The problem was described in https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-3677, now I see it in notifications from telegram bot.

      "The problem is seen in Zabbix 3.2.4: I added value to blacklist, now in webinterface I see alert as not converteded value "?????? ????? "Selectel" ????? 76857.56 ???",

      But when telegram bot sends me alert, he converts the same

      {ITEM.VALUE }

      into "?????? ????? "Selectel" ????? 76.86 K???""
