Low performance creating Web Scenario in template linked with many hosts

    • Environment:
      Ubuntu 16, MySQL, Firefox, PHP conf memory_limit 8GB.

      Steps to reproduce:
      10000-20000 Hosts Linked to one Template
      Create Web Scenario under this Template

      Result
      Scenario creating process might take more then 15 minutes.

      Also scenario deleting from template is not working.
      Try to delete several scenarios in one time.
