Enabling jmx and TCP timeout in Java gateway

      while ZBX-9336 did add a few missing things in the packaged startup scripts, in rhel neither of the included files seems to have the example line for enabling jmx for the java gateway.

      this would be useful to add in /etc/zabbix/zabbix_java_gateway.conf or /etc/sysconfig/zabbix-java-gateway
