Steps to reproduce:
1. Create template with host prototype;
2. Create host and add the template to it;
3. Open host prototype at host;
4. Open Macros tab and click 'Inherited and host macros'
Result: Button 'Delete' is available. Buttons 'Disabled', 'Manual' and 'Automatic' at Host inventory tab are available.
Expected: Host prototype at host must be not editable
