Almost all fields became writable in host prototype form when select "Inherited and host macros" in "Macros" tab

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open templated host prototype
      2. Open tab "Macros"
      3. Click "Inherited and host macros"

      Result:
      Almost all fields became writable.

      Expected:
      fields must remain read-only
