Triggers status page by default shows not all fired triggers

      If click at host's group name in main monitoring panel, frontend will open URL "http://zabbix.site/tr_status.php?filter_set=1&groupid=GROUPID&hostid=0&show_triggers=1",
      and if at this triggers status page click to link "Triggers" in main menu, URL will change to "http://zabbix.site/tr_status.php?ddreset=1"

      Bug: first link shows NOT ALL fired triggers with PROBLEM and OK status.
