We would like to know if there is a jar file to include at startup similar to what appdynmaics or dynatrace provides. The reason being if there is an environment where we do not know the back end ips which might change and JMX is not allowed for security reasons what is the workaround in that scenario?

We are looking to have a jar file at start up that will collect and send data would be beneficial in that case. Is there such a feature available similar to appdynamics?
