We would like to know if there is a jar file to include at startup similar to what appdynmaics or dynatrace provides. The reason being if we have a cloud environment where we do not know the back end ips which might change and JMX is not allowed for security reasons what is the workaround in that scenario?

Having a jar file at start up that will collect and send data would be beneficial in that case.
