if, for example, fping suid flags are not set correctly, zabbix server does not complain about that in logfiles in any way.
if using fping fails with the message about root/suid requirement, that should be logged at loglevel 3.
this might flood logfile if there are many ping items, so some mechanism to limit this output might be required.
