- temperature sensor HotSpot is not recognized.
- Alarm on temperature above 60 degree is triggered
On the switch cisco WS-C3850-12S (MIPS) processor (revision L0), Cisco IOS Software [Everest], Catalyst L3 Switch Software (CAT3K_CAA-UNIVERSALK9-M) HotSpot is correctly recognized.
Of course it is a different version of system software, but it is still IOS.
EXPECTED RESOLUTION:
In the IOS there are thresholds defined and it should be accessible via snmp.
Alerts should be related to this values and calculated due to its state.
