Problems by severity (totals) padding

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create dashboard with Problems by severity widget with default values.
      2. Save dashboard.
      3. Open edit mode and change Show to Totals.
      4. Click Apply.

      Result: Widget has padding at the bottom.
      Expected: Widget Problems by severity with Show: Totals should not have padding at the bottom.
