Hello Team ,
Currently i see an issue with IT Services SLA , i have attached the screenshot for your reference .
Issue : Problem was recorded in September , but when we see in the SLA , it is showing up in October . Where as the actual problem duration is 40m and in the SLA its showing up as 35m . I have drilled down and went and seen the events occured but with no luck . nothing is matching up with the actual data .
Need help to fix this issue.
