Disabled Add/Apply button in widget after error in widget form

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add new widget "Action log"
      2. Enter invalid data to get error (type 0 in Show lines)
      3. Try to save widget

      Result:
      button "Add" is disabled and the widget cannot be saved (except if you press the enter on keyboard)
      Expected:
      button "Add" enabled
