Filter doesn't work on Media types and Users pages

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Administration -> Media types (also Administration ->Users in 4.0 and master)
      2. Type Email in filter field Name
      3. Apply filter

      Result:
      Empty white page in 4.0 and 4.4
      Error message "Class not found for action ." in master
