Zabbix appliance 5.0 ISO image broken

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new virtual host in ESXi 6.0.0 Update2
      2. Boot from zabbix_appliance-5.0.0-netinstall.iso

      Result:
      Installation failed, see screenshot.

      Note:
      Installation from official CentOS-8.1.1911-x86_64-boot.iso on the same host was successful. Looks like there are some missing components in appliance image.
