I don't know if this is a bug or something that has been removed in the latest versions, in the documentation I have not found any reference to this change, and it is something that is very useful when there are many items.

In version 4.4.10 you can hide the items by applications so that it only shows the latest data that may be of interest.

Since version 5 there is no such option, so it shows all the items and you have to go to the filter to select the application or search among all the items.
