Operations block in LLD overrides enlarges the popup

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to LLD -> Overrides
      2. Add new operation (check popup size)
      3. Type a lot of text in Condition field

      Result: the popup is larger because of space from the popup edge to fields. Also filter block size is different from the operations block size
