zabbix not comunicate to opsgenie

      Hello i need help for configure opsgenie configuration in zabbix 5.0

      I'm using the standard Media template, however it has a request body not processable error as shown in the attached image, I tried to print the parameters and I may not have any feedback.
      I used HTTPProxy to go out to the internet
