In Monitoring->Hosts->Web, if the user clicks on a host name and selects option Web for this specific host, Web scenarios of other hosts are not filtered out. In other frontend places, such as Monitoring->Problems such approach allows to display entries (for example problems) for a specific host.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Monitoring->Hosts vies and click on "Web" link for any of the displayed hosts
2. Remove the host name in the "Host" filter in the opened "Web monitoring" view and submit the filter
3. Click on any host name in column "Host" and select option "Web" in the opened context menu

Result: after the page is reloaded web scenarios for all hosts are returned (filtering is not applied).
Expected: same as in Monitoring->Problems, the selecting the already opened view in the Host context menu should result in filtering of the entry by host.
