JMX items do not process empty parameters array []

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create LLD : jmx.discovery[]
      2. Get error: invalid discovery mode:
      1. Create LLD : jmx.discovery
      2. Result: Item works successfully.

      Expected: both variations should be processed equally successfuly.
