There is no way to attach a template to a specific monitoring interface.
This is critical for sites that run multiple JVMs on a single server (i.e., 4 Jetty instances per physical device).
Reproduction:
Create host.
Create 3 interfaces (zabbix_agent, JMX port x, JMX port y)
Work around:
Create multiple hosts, each with 1 interface pointing to each monitoring interface. Assigned specific templates.
