Can't add dashboard widget after closing "Add widget" popup

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open or create dashboard.
      2. In dashboard edit mode open add widget popup.
      3. Close this pop up with cross close button (top-right popup corner).
      4. Try to open "Add widget" again. 

      Result:
      Dashboard field become inactive. Can't create or add new widget. Can't even open "Add widget" popup. 


      Expected:
      New widget can be added.
