ZBXNEXT-6757 moved host configuration to modal windows while introducing some usability problems
Consider the following use case:
1. Open Configuration -> Hosts
2. Navigate to the Item list by clicking on the "Items" link of one of the hosts.
3. Click on the host name link at the top of the page.
It is expected that the host configuration is opened in the modal window while the host editing form is open in the full page mode.
Additionally, the full-page mode doesn't have the navigation links as before and it makes it harder to navigate.
