Summary
Currently Zabbix UI forces users to switch from Monitoring to Configuration and back frequently in order to create new monitoring objects and check result.
Ability to create hosts from Monitoring section would greatly improve usability.
Use cases
- I want to create new hosts from Monitoring→Hosts
- I do not want to be transferred to another page when creating or updating a host
Аcceptance
- Host configuration forms must be made modal
- Host configuration form will not contain item, triggers, graphs, discovery rules and web scenarios navigation header
- New button "Create host" must be added to Monitoring→Hosts
- The new buttons must be visible only if user has sufficient permissions
- All existing links to configuration of hosts must lead to the new modal forms
